Refund policy

This website, renessy.com, is operated by Eudock Limited. Customers in Canada can buy directly on this website. In the United States and other countries, RENESSY products are sold through Amazon.

Orders placed on renessy.com (Canada)

30-day returns. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original packaging.

How to return. Email hello@renessy.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will email you a return label; the return address is printed on it. Please do not send returns to our office address.

Return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, the return postage is paid by you.

Refunds. Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, email hello@renessy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Cancellations. Orders are prepared for shipping quickly. If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Purchases on Amazon

If you bought a RENESSY product on Amazon, your return and refund rights are governed by the return policy of the Amazon marketplace where you placed the order. Returns, replacements, and refunds are requested and processed on Amazon: open Your Orders in your Amazon account and choose Return or Replace Items. You can still contact us at hello@renessy.com about any RENESSY product, and we can raise a case with Amazon on your behalf where that is faster.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
